The Leadership Group is supported by the West Midlands Advisory Group for the 2012 Games made up of sub-regional and sector partners.
The region is made up of a number of sub-regions who also have their own, specific priorities in relation to 2012. There are six sub-regions and most have their own Sub-regional Co-ordinator for 2012 who are key partners in delivering the region’s vision. The six sub-regions are:
